5 Steps to Help Start Your New Business with Navigator.

  1. AI-powered help to get going.

It all begins with an idea and a chat with the Navigator sim.

Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Answer the questions about your business, whatever stage you are at, and tell us what tools you like to use so we can recommend ways of working. If you have any background documents you can upload those, too. More is more.

Be sure to set out what your current problems are so Navigator can build a plan to help.

2. Map out your journey.

For each task you want to work on, Navigator will help you plan out a task map to plan your route to a successful outcome and track progress along the way.

It’s part project management and part coaching - helping to find a way through the long list of tasks every new business founder faces?

It’s all about helping you go from thinking about an idea to making it happen.

Need a little inspiration? There are templates and starting workflow maps from the moment you log in for the first time.

3. Built-in business coach for all your questions

Everyone has questions.

What do I do first? How do I approach this? What should I concentrate on? What resources will I need?

The Co-Pilot chat is in the centre of the workspace for each task in the workflow. It’s a standard chat interface that’s been optimised for people setting up a new business.

You can ask anything about the tasks you need to work on, such as what are the concepts you need to have in mind and example of good practice. Unlike traditional learning, this is help when you need it rather than years in advance. Use it as help and learning at the point you need it most - when you have a job to do!

By keeping the chat and the tasks in Navigator, you don’t lose context - it’s one of many ways in which using Navigator is better than using the main AI platforms in their own windows.

4. A team of helpers from the start

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

But you are no longer alone. You have a team of specialists with you from the beginning, AI agents to help with tasks. They don’t get everything right but then neither do humans! These can be assigned to each of the tasks in your workflow map to help get you started. If there are human members of your team, they can be added to tasks and workflows, too.

  • Research Agent - Use for background research, finding competitors, helping to understand the size of the market and finding possible locations for your business

  • Operations Agent - Best for helping to plan how your business could be structured and operate

  • Marketing Agent - Trained to help with finding ways to communicate what you do and describing customer groups

  • Product Agent - Helps define the best product or service in your space by assisting with design and research such as generating questions for surveys

  • Strategy Agent - Focused help for working out the best approach to finding gaps in the market and where you can begin

5. No more blank pages.

When you are planning and setting up a new business, it can be disheartening to have a blank page every time you start something new, like putting together the plan to find your first customers, pick locations for your first shop or develop a marketing plan.

With the help of the Agents, you never need to have a blank page to work from. Like humans, you may want to edit what they come up with, but it’s a lot easier than starting from scratch!

You can move faster, try more ideas and get further with Navigator than you can on your own. And you can always add in human team members or real life coaches to comment on tasks and the documents you create.
